Board Member(s) will have their rank set to Banned, and access to the Board will be limited to the Board Index.
Board Guest(s) will have their IP(s) Blacklisted, and access limited to the following message:

Spam is against the Board Rules, and is not limited to the Download System, any and all spam on the Azer CMS Forum Board will be banned. Remember, Azer CMS is a free project, however the project operation cost(s) are not. Please be respectful.

Note: If you can not open your download due to a missing extension, it can be solved by adding .zip to the name.
