i have installed the Crusade Gaming Theme but i see only word's...no Picture's.

If you are attempting to use it with the CMS, it is not a style for the CMS. It is a separate, static website.

Okay. I can't find the dbconfig or another config. How i can bind it to my WoW Server?

It is a static website, just a template. If you want to have it work with your server, you will need to learn a server-side language and write a back-end to use the template with. You could also convert it into a style yourself and use it with Azer CMS, but that is up to you to do.
